Subject: Corrupt USA lawmakers allow Roman Catholic archdiocese to protect child rapists. For that reason I say, “To hell with the USA.”

Please excuse me if I appear brain sick but the unstoppable raping of children by Catholic priests bothers me. This is something our lawmakers could correct. This is not Mother Nature’s unstoppable hurricanes.

From the Associated Press 9/22/05
PHILADELPHIA:
"A three year grand jury investigation of the Philadelphia Archdiocese, the longest know inquiry in the national clergy sex abuse crisis, ended Wednesday with scathing allegations that cardinals and other churchmen had conspired to protect offenders. (In my opinion CA has longer inquiries and some still pending)
However, the grand jury said it could bring no indictments because of time limits on prosecuting the claims and because the Roman Catholic archdiocese is not a corporation under state law.”

This fucking corporate or unincorporated country of ours deserves to be destroyed in a Muslim fatwa.

Sincerely,

Carl G. Mueller, Nam 68

Best & Worst of Decade

Letters to the Editor

Which of the 6 calamities of this decade mostly reflects the weak part of America?

Botched election of 2000

9/11 terror attack

Enron fraud and other accounting scandals

The occupation of Iraq because of WMD

Hurricane Katrina

On going cover up of Catholic Priests molesting children

My answer:

The legal covering up of information about Catholic Priests molesting American Children is more sickening then any of the others.
It’s an obvious example of the rich and powerful forcing their will on the weak and vulnerable and our lawmakers’ inability to stop such hideous behavior. Lawmakers actually want the covering up of such hideous behavior to win; that’s how sick and weak our lawmakers are.

Which of these 6 accomplishments of this decade most reflects the strength of America?

Free Internet education

Fighting terrorism

Record profits for the oil companies

Religion in voting

Tax cuts for the rich

News media coverage

Winner is America’s news media coverage, example 24, 7, fairness in news by FOX news service is tied with the free Internet education programs.

Lawmakers Hide Killing and Rape
Short 5 paragraph article in the LA Times sport section 9/2/05, By Lance Pugmire has inspired this letter. This letter will show the shamelessness of American lawmakers to allow the Rich and powerful to hide their killing, rape, beating and starvation of the weak.

Capitalistic Society Not Democratic
In Pugmire’s article he shows that the laws protect Northwestern University by forcing the mother of a dead football player to take a settlement and not allow the case to go to court. Are these same laws forcing children, who have been raped by Catholic Priests, to take a settlement, therefore NOT allowing the case to go to court?

Fault Of 3 Major Politicians
If that is the case I would like to first blame United States House Judiciary Chairman, Republican Congressmen Senenbrenner of Wisconsin, who oversees such laws while in their creation. Second I would like to blame both Democratic CA Senators; Dianne Feinstein, and Barbara Boxer, for allowing such laws to continue in CA where the raping and molestation of Children, by Catholic priests, is the highest in the world.

Blame The News Media?
Third I would like to blame the news media for trivializing this most serious issue of laws that protect the Rich and Powerful against the poor. This is becoming most evident in Louisiana and Mississippi when we see the Louisiana National guard protecting the rich businesses in the French Quarters while the poor are starving and suffering just blocks away because, we don’t have enough National guards men. The guard’s men are protecting the oil fields and shipping docks of Iraq so we can steal the oil and over price the sale in the USA. Meanwhile we keep the Iraqi’s untrustworthy by fighting themselves.

Islam Not Capitalism?
These horrendous acts make me think that the Nation of Islam Minister Tony Muhammad, should control the State of California, and Islam should control the world NOT Capitalism or Americas phony Christian Social equality.

Sincerely,
Carl G. Mueller, Nam 68

PS
Beaten Face Settlement; Quiets Media
Whatever happened to CA University employee Tommy Ray Hook, the whistle-blower that was almost “severely” beaten to death? The picture of Mr. Hook’s beaten face is terrifying. See LA Times, 7/7/05, by Ralph Vartabedian, Page A-12.

President Bush, do you remember that Mr. Hook blew the whistle on the financial mismanagement at the Nuclear Weapons facility in New Mexico? Hook was about the seventh person to blow the whistle in the past 3 years. President Bush, be sure to thank Senenbrenner of Wisconsin for laws permitting the lap-dog-media to be happily smoke-screened, thus forgetting Mr. Hook.

Because of the beating was CA University whistle-blower Tommy Ray Hook NOW forced to take a settlement, thus keeping him quiet?

Without the beating Hook couldn’t be forced into a settlement; isn’t that right Mr. Senenbrenner?

The smoke-screened settlement keeps the lazy news media lap-dogs happily quiet, isn’t that right Mr. Senenbrenner?

Subject: “You will see horror” “Bring It On”

August 4, 2005: Al Qaeda deputy Ayman Zawahiri said to the United States on Al Jazeera television, “If you go on with the same policy of aggression against Muslims, you will see horror that will make you forget what you had seen in Vietnam.”

As a Vietnam Veteran let me tell Ayman Zawahiri this, “Because of our excellent News Media machine the United States people have already forgotten why we went to war against Al Qaeda.” So stop giving yourself credit as if anyone cares what you say.

I’m a Vietnam Veteran and I forgot about Nam the day I left it.

“Bring It On.”
As President Bush says, and as I say to you Ayman Zawahiri (AZ), “Bring It On.”
AZ, you got the easy part done, talking. Now let’s do the hard part, fight to the death.

AZ, I personally challenge you to hand-to-hand combat to the death, no weapons. You and Your God against me and my God. In my opinion your refusal to accept my challenge will make you a disgrace to all Muslims who died fighting the United States.

Pick me up any time, take me to a spot of your choice, I will resentfully kill you with my own bare hands and you can die like a proud warrior you want to be.

Confessed Iran-Contra Figure Lands Sensitive Pentagon Post

To Whom It SHOULD Concern:
And

LA Times reporter P.J. Huffstutter & C-Span events@c-span.org

Subject: John Hendren’s article in Times July 10, 05, titled:
Confessed Iran-Contra Figure Lands Sensitive Pentagon Post

I would like to have the CA U.S. Congresswoman Maxine Waters give her opinion on Hendren’s article because Maxine Waters wrote the foreword for Gary Webb’s book: “Dark Alliance: The CIA, The Contras, and the Crack Cocaine Explosion”. Webb a Pulitzer Prize winner, and LA Times reporter had supposedly committed suicide in December of 2004.

I would also like to read the opinion of Senator John Kerry who was a major investigator of the CIA and the Iran-Contra Figures. Senator John Kerry is mentioned on at least 12 different pages of Gary Webb’s book.

I would also like to know the opinion of Senators Joe Biden, Nancy Kassebaum and Richard Lugar, all mentioned on page 279 of Gary Webb’s book.

Reporter John Hendrens article also contains names that appear in Gary Webb’s book.
Example:
Lt. Col. Oliver L. North (58 pages of North being a major corruptor of Justice)

Elliott Abrams, Hired Mr. Rob Owen who dealt with bombers and assassins as testified by CIA station chief Fernandez in 1987 (Page 231)

John M. Poindexter, Was Presidents Reagan’s National Security Adviser and was giving assistance in obstruction of justice in the covering-up of the murder of Dr. Spadafora (Page 227)

Lawrence E. Walsh, Walsh was more then just a person from an independent counsel giving a report to Congress as LA Times reporter John Hendren reports. Lawrence E. Walsh was the Iran-Contra Special Prosecutor. (See Page 228 and 24 other pages)

The point of this letter is to show readers that once again the LA Times tries to down play the Iran–Contra Figures even though those figures may cause justification for causing a war with Iran.

Cardinal Mahony: The Smartest Guy In The Church

Because of the seriousness of the subject matter I again send letters about child molestation. Remember molestation could mean rape, but without the written documents we “protectors of children” will never know how sick and or evil some of the representatives of the Catholic Church are. Failure to demand laws by politicians for such documents is a sickening disillusionment to ourselves.

This disillusioned sickness can grow in our minds every time we refuse to demand that our politicians investigate and SHOW us the facts, of what sometimes seems to be the fine line between truth and lying.

To Whom It SHOULD Concern:

Subject: “Cardinal Mahony: The Smartest Guy In The Church”

If I was a member of one of the many Law Firms representing Cardinal Mahony in the child molestation cases, I would suggest many types of diversionary media tricks in order to divert the attention away from Cardinal Mahony.

Example: Provide behind the seen FREE legal services for witnesses, which then could create false evidence to start prosecution procedures against Michael Jackson and Robert Blake.

Example: Hire worldwide promotional firm(s) for Jackson’s fan clubs and other public figures/religious groups who would demand worldwide media attention.

Isn’t Anybody Sorry?
If I was a member of a moral society and I wanted to get the word out about such possible diversionary tactics by Law Firms representing the Catholic Church, I would email this letter to newspapers, writers, web blogs, and use regular mail also. When NONE of my mailings receive a reply, not even a “thank you”, and I have forced myself to rule out the Internet intolerance/patriot act conspiracy, I then would revert to prayer by placing God’s Curse Of Justice on the above referred to evildoers.

This, possible sarcastic appearing gesture of prayer, is done in order to show the helplessness in which I, and society in general, have sunk in disrespecting the Catholic Church. Because the leaders of prayer must be prayed for, shows societies mockery of prayer?

I would use regular mail in the event of the stoppage of some of my emails that are being sent to Arab news outlets. I say this because sending scandalous information about a Christian religion to Arab news outlets, might be interpreted as if I’m helping the enemy, thus in violation of the patriot act.

I wrote that last sentence not totally sarcastically. I say that because of my previous encounters with Congressmen Sensenbrenner’s abuse of power in legal manipulations that he had brought upon me. This abuse of power and my prayer to curse Sensenbrenner can be viewed on my web blog at:

Letters to the Editor & more specifically Mr. John P. Puerner LA Times Chief Executive Officer and Publisher.

Good Job LA Times:
I figurer if I read the LA Time long enough I would come across something that states direct efforts by Los Angeles Cardinal Roger Mahony’s, to protect Priests who raped children. So again I say good job to LA Times editors for allowing Steve Lopez to sneak in a well-deserved slap in the face to Cardinal Mahony. I referring to Lopez’s front-page article dated 4, 20, 05, which was dealing with Godlessness. The next step is creating laws that prevent Mahony and the Catholic Church’s law firms from out maneuvering molestation investigators. Perhaps no nonsense, former Hitler Youth, German Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, might put Mahony under the integration light of slick maneuvers. God is not the only one who knows that nice guy, Pope John Paul II, could NOT handle American’s slick maneuvering Cardinals.

Personally I believe nice guy Pope John Paul II was a coward because he placed too much emphasis on the reputation of the church, rather then protect the children who where raped by American priests. The Popes nice guy actionlessness/Godlessness, about priests raping children and the cover-ups with payoffs to victims, is a legacy deserving of hell when; combined with the Popes nice guy symbolic communications about the millions who starved to death in Africa during the nice guy’s reign. Nice guy Pope John Paul II talked politely about the Millions starving to death in Africa and “the media reported it politely/Godlessness.” Reported it politely, as if America Christians didn’t have the Billions to spend on starving Africans. The fact is American Christians found it necessary to spend Billions on a war and the spending of Billions on the war continues, those starving to death in Africa continues too. I suspect Pope Ratzinger well also be a silent Christian, thus submitting his legacy as an application for hell too.

We’re a sick society and need to admit it in order to solve the problem, just like drunks need to admit their sick.

Sexual Godlessness molestation laws need to be changed so Cardinal Mahony and Cardinal Law can be further investigated and prosecuted. If I remember correctly one Senator in CA wrote a law that permitted two extra years for DA’s to make their investigations about rapist Priests. That’s the way the LA Time wrote about it, as if the Senator was doing the public a great services by changing the laws and giving two extra years for the investigations. The two extra year law lacked seriousness because law firms supplied by the Catholic Church just dragged out the procedures two more years. I think that the LA Times reported something to the fact that the law firms under the guidance of Mahony, redistributed church assists so rapists priests that where found guilty had few available assists in their districts, so layers representing the raped children no longer pursued the rapist priests. Our CA Christian Senators failed to make laws to stop Mahony’s redistribution of assists and those Godlessness loopholes in the laws prevail today. To me the Pope also coward to Mahony’s abominable acts because the Pope’s effort to support the raped children was too silent. I can’t recall reading in the LA Times or viewing on C-span, any serious verbal assault on American Cardinals by Pope John Paul II. John Paul was a nice guy, if you weren’t the one being raped by “his priests”.

Point being is that the two years where not a benefit as the CA Senators and LA Times made it out to be. The law was a way of escape for Cardinal Mahony to hide and protect rapist Priests. “I don’t believe our CA Senators are that stupid as if not to know that.” The citizens of CA certainly are stupid or else where looking for any reason to postpone the rape trials in hopes they would die down and go away in their minds. We the people are cowards NOT to stick up for the raped children. Evil appears to be doing well and strong in California if we think realistically and not positively. Hell, I just lower my expectations and I can do both.

Priests raping children is old news but that doesn’t mean the fight against homeland-evil should stop. Praising Pope John Paul as a Saint would be like saying Cardinal Mahony and Cardinal Law are “holy” respectable members of the Catholic Church.

We Catholics and non-Catholics are cowards to confront priests and cowards to fight Cardinal Mahony, politicians, and the news media. I pray I’m wrong when I say that many in the Christian Coalition are abominations in the eyes of the Lord.

Luke: Chapter 16 verse 15 reads:
God knows what is in your heart. He who is exulted in the eyes of man is an abomination in the eyes of the Lord.

Subject: Media’s spin keeps child molesters out of jail.

We don’t have laws sending child-molesting priest to jail if the church pays off the abused child? We don’t have tuff laws sending Catholic Cardinals to jail that obstruct justice by hiding these child-molesting priests? Why, because the public doesn’t demand it? Why doesn’t the public demand it? I think it’s because of the Media’s spin of emphasizing the money rather then the suffering of the child.

EXAMPLE:
LA Times article dated April 21, 2005, Page B3 by John Glionna and Lee Romney.
In very large bold type the headline reads: 4 Awarded $5.8 Million for Abuse
When you get to the end of paragraph seven it reads: “Some plaintiffs were molested more than 700 times, often in the presence of one another.”
That’s $2,071.00 for each of the 4 abused children, if you don’t go MORE than 700 times and only take off one-third for attorneys and all other expenses.

The 4th paragraph reads, and I’m paraphrasing slightly, that more than 750 cases (the number is closer to 2,000 rather then 750 if my readings of two years ago is correct) have been brought against the Roman Catholic dioceses in California, two-thirds of them against the Los Angeles Archdiocese, which is controlled by Cardinal Roger Mohony, and this is only the 3rd sex abuse case to go to trial.

Because of the Media’s spin, I reasoning that no Catholic priest in Cardinal Mohony’s Archdiocese has ever gone to jail for child molestation. Now that statement should get people very upset, but in its place people will get mad at me over my last paragraph in this letter and forget about the pain given to the children who are molested, and forget the fact priests and or Mohoney will not go to jail. You will forget the pain of the children because it will be more comforting to replace in your mind that I unjustly insulted CA’s Senators and Governer, just like it’s more comforting to think that the molested children got millions of dollars.

We in California don’t have strong laws that send child-molesting priests to jail because our two female Senators don’t have the balls to make tuff laws and our Governor doesn’t mind taking it in the girlyman. Your mind is now spinning and you’ll grab the comfort.

Sincerely,

To Whom It Should Concern:

Subject: God, Curse those protecting child molesters and or rapists.

California Judges and politician lawmakers CONTINUE to be more protecting of the molesting priests and Cardinal Mahony then the children who are molested and or raped.

One possible reason why I think this way is because of what I read in the LA Times
Saturday, June 18, 2005, page A-27.
Example:
The Los Angeles Archdioceses still faces 544 sexual abuse claims and Cardinal Mahony’s law firm has now turned the documents over to a judge with the orders not to release to the media the information because it would violate confidentiality between Mahony and a priests or bishop.

This lack of information given to us Catholics, who do NOT cherish in the bliss of ignorance, are pained and angered by the hypocritical politicians, new media and religious leaders worldwide. I ask the readers of these words to pray to God to place His burning Curse Of Justice on all those, and their family members, who help in protecting these molesters and or rapists of innocent children.

I also request we vote in new politicians and get rid of LA Times publisher Jeffrey M. Johnson, who cowards down to the insidious Catholic Church, of which I am a member. A church that, according to the above article has spent over a Billion dollars protecting the molester and their bishops and Cardinals. The LA Times sees no need to print how this BILLION dollars could be used to help children in Africa. The article goes on to indicate that church Law Firm(s) are still today continuing to fight state legislatures in the courthouse, and to “aggressively fight legislative reform and aggressively keep secrets hidden.”

Catholic Version of the Bible, ST. Luke Chapter 16, Verse 15:
“You are they who declare yourselves just in the sight of men, but God knows your heart; for that which is exalted in the sight of men is an abomination before God.”

Sincerely,
Carl G. Mueller, Nam 68

God, if I’m wrong in requesting Your burning Curse of Justice to be placed on Cardinal Mahony, then place the Curse on me 10 times as hard.
